I am sitting at work reading Joel On Software.
In the linked article, Joel insists that you should “never let people work on more than one thing at once.”
Which is fascinating, because it’s the end of the iteration and I’m down to one last task and here I am waiting for another developer to fix his method so I can finish my task. If I had another task to work on I’d be productive. Instead I’m reading Joel On Software.
Something to think about.
